The Villages of Adams County website showcases several subdivisions of Adams County around the Brighton, Henderson, and Commerce City areas that need help. 

As the current mortgage "mess" continues to develop and escalate, some of these areas are experiencing high foreclosures, move-outs and vacancies, causing all of the properties in the areas to lose value.  Some are becoming "blighted".  Many buyers are afraid to purchase a home, because they don't want what has happened to countless other buyers to happen to them.  They are unsure that the economy is strong enough to support them buying a house.

But, it's unnecessary to lose these vital components of our County.  We can start to bring these neighborhoods back, and increase their values, if we make a concerted effort to get new people into the vacant homes that abound. 

It is up to each of us to make sure the Villages of Adams County do not continue to deteriorate.  I will do my part.  As an Exclusive Buyer's Representative with years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, as well as being a Certified Real Estate Paralegal, I will help a buyer qualify to purchase a home in one of the homes that has become a vacant and abandoned foreclosure property, through one of the lenders I have selected to help with this venture. 

I work with several lenders to help a buyer find a purchase money mortgage for one of these villages.  The lenders I have chosen are competent, have been in the mortgage industry for many years, do not believe in giving a buyer a loan that they can't handle now or in the future.  In short, they are capable and competent, but most of all they have integrity.  Click on "Lenders" in the navigation list at the left and find the perfect lender.

We all create villages with our neighbors, and our nearest neighbors are the other villagers around us.  Why not have your near villagers be friends or acquaintances you already know?  Even in the largest subdivisions, we tend to make a village with others who believe as we do, who have similar interests, whose children are the same age as our children, or for other reasons.

Together, we can get these villages moving again.
